⇒  How many hours of continuing education (CE) do I have to take? New in 2025!

Licensees with active licenses need a minimum of 12 hours of approved continuing education hours each renewal period. This must include six hours on the 2 mandatory topics, plus another 6 hours on  elective topics totaling 12 hours. Mandatory topics are:  Three hours on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and three hours on Vacant Property And Other Real Estate Scams and Frauds.

Brokers & Brokers Associates need a minimum of 12 hours of approved continuing education hours each renewal period. Note: CE hours must be taken between November 16, 2024 and November 15, 2025 to renew your license as active for 2026.
